All our Hubs require a data SIM card to work, without one, your Hub cannot connect to the internet.
A SIM card allows users to connect to carrier networks and use services specific to their device. Each SIM card acts as a unique identifier for a user and stores their information such as type of network plan, calls and text messages and data.
Before purchasing a Hub from our range, unless you know the best performing network provider in your area or you have a preferred network, we recommend checking here 🗗 to establish.
If your location has no mobile coverage don’t worry, our high gain antennas can pick up mobile signal 25km away.

Even though you can set daily or monthly data limits on our Hubs via the
T4S Portal and locally, choosing your network package is key to avoiding additional fees and unexpected bills.
Network providers are known to ‘throttle’ speeds for high data usage users and have ‘hidden’ speed limitations on their consumer SIM deals. Bare this in mind if you intend on using high data usages.
These days, contract lengths can vary from monthly rolling to beyond 36 months. We recommend determining the best plan to suit your business needs.
